About Us

NUTRAFOOD is an Interdepartmental Research Center of the University of Pisa dedicated to nutraceuticals and nutrition for health. It brings together professors and researchers from various disciplines to develop innovative approaches for studying the relationship between food and health, with a strong focus on prevention and public well-being. The center includes seven departments. In addition to the Department of Agricultural, Food and Environmental Sciences — where the secretariat is based — these are:
